I would rate Tech Plus Automotive above five stars if I could. I called Rob with a unique situation with my Hummer and he went above and beyond to find a solution.
I first went to the dealership because my air conditioner was not working in the middle of the summer. The dealership technicians identified a problem with the resistor belt for my lower fan, but the part I needed was back ordered and they said they would not be able to make repairs. The dealer recommended I go online to search for the part myself but I do not have the expertise to know I am getting what I need. Instead, I looked around for another auto service and found Tech Plus Automotive.
I called and talked with Rob about the issues I was having with the vehicle and locating the part I needed. He could not find the part at first either, but said he would go home and see what he could do in the evening. After three days of tracking down what I needed, he found a guy back back East who would refurbish the part and send it back in two or three days. The part would not be new but it was the best offer I had. I had my car back in just three days after Tech Plus Automotive removed the part from my vehicle and sent if off to be refurbished.
Rob saved the day. He identified the same problem as the dealership, but he went out of his way to solve my problem in his off hours. For almost the same price as the dealership would charge, he found the part I needed on his own time and made sure my Hummer was working properly again when no one else could. No one had answers for me except for Rob and he created the solution I needed.
If the technicians at Tech Plus Automotive make a promise, they will do everything in their power to make it happen. They will try to fix any and every problem you bring to them and they will give you the real story. Everyone was very honest in assessing and explaining my needs. I felt very comfortable with them because they did not try to up-sell while i was vulnerable. I refer everyone to Tech Plus Automotive now and tell them to ask for Rob. You can trust him for any job!
