Review content:
After 34 years our oil boiler finally passed away. After much research & consideration (considered going to gas heat) we decided to keep the heat in our house as oil. Mainly because we have the old cast iron radiators that hold the heat so long & the cats just love laying so close to them when the heat is on. But, most important, Westmore fuel has always been there thru the years when we needed them day or night. In this day & age you just can't count on service/customer service when you need it. You'd consider your lucky if you even got a live person on the phone. And now with companies always changing hands you don’t know who or what to expect. With Westmore Fuel you always get a "real live person" on the end of the phone. Very rarely do you get a voice mail & have to wait forever for a call back. And, when you call you hear the same voices & they remember you. I have no regrets keeping oil heat & never plan to change oil companies even though I get very tempting offers to change. As they say "Things look greener on the other side of the fence," but, Westmore Fuel is truly the best!
