I've been storing my stuff at Old Barn Self Storage for almost as long as they've been around. It's been years. They're always accommodating to what I need. When we needed a bigger place we got one, and when we needed a smaller space we got one. They are exceptionally clean and take measures to prevent rodent and insects from getting in. The facility is fenced in and has cameras. You can only get in if you have a pin and that gate is only open long enough for one car to get through. With the last storage unit company I used we lost all our belongings. We went on a trip for two months and had stored everything from our apartment there. When we returned we learned that the manager had sold a bunch of stuff and then left the country.
Their customer service is friendly and they answer any questions I have. I haven't had any problems with them at all. The buildings are all metal, there aren't any trees, and it's surrounded by asphalt so I am not worried about my stuff if there's a forest fire.
The prices have gone up a few times, whenever they get a new owner, but it's worth being able to hang on to my things. This place has just been wonderful and I've already sent four or five people there.
