I work in a hair salon and our hot water heater wasn't working properly so we called Baker Brothers to come out and help get it fixed. \r

Their technician arrived in the late morning and spent the entire day at the salon. The problem was still not fixed when he left and the bill was over $1000. At 3:30 in the afternoon, after flushing both our tanks and replacing a regulator on the roof, he let us know that there was no gas getting to the heater and that we needed to call the gas company. The plumber left the salon right as the man from the gas company arrived and after being here for only ten minutes the gas company diagnosed the problem. \r

Apparently, the error message showing on the heater itself specifically meant the heater was not receiving any gas. Baker Brothers told us they were sending a specialist and we were incredibly unsatisfied with his level of knowledge and professionalism.
