Review content:
If I could go less than 1 star I would. I called BB's due to a leak in my kitchen ceiling. They did arive quickly I will give them that but that is where my satisfaction ends. They cut a hole in my ceiling which they kindly reported they cannot repair. Then after several minutes in an upstairs bathroom and several trips in and out of truck they came to me with a quote of about $400 to repair or $700 to replace the whole toilet. When I insisted on a explanation we went upstairs to the toilet. The guys used a lot of technical jargon. What it truly boiled down to was the guts in the tank needed to be replaced because the rubber had worn out and the wax ring under the toilet had to be replaced. I would have happily paid about$100 for this but $400 or a recommendation for a completely new toilet system. Are you freaking kidding me. I looked at the guys as if he was insane because that is what I thought. I paid a $250 assessment fee and went to home depot then $40 and 1 hour later I fixed it
