I-20 Animal Medical Center is amazing!! All the doctors, technicians and staff are the best. We had to take one of our dogs in for an emergency and everyone one who helped us was great with our dog and with us. They encouraged us to call when we had to leave him and always answered and updated us on how he was doing through the night (even with many calls in a very short amount of time). The next morning Dr Welch called and said that they had found something and needed to speak to us as soon as possible. She and Kymberlee told us that Mikey was not going to make it and let us have hours to say goodbye. Kymberlee checked on us and took the time to just sit with me while I waited for my husband to arrive. When the time came - Dr Welch came into his room and sat on the floor and told us exactly what was going to happen. After it was over - they let us stay until we were ready to leave. A few days after we went to talk to Kymberlee and she answered all our questions and never once
