I sat in a parking lot for over 2 hours waiting for a place to open & see me..I was told to come in between 8-10 am for emergencies..there hours were 8am to 5 pm..needless to say no one ever opened the office that day..I was at wits end as to what to do..I had a dental emergency with no where to go..so I called the insurance company they gave me 3 dentists in the area one of which didn't except my insurance any longer so I didnt bother to call them ..Dr.Ferrari was the 1st call I made and without any hesitation..they said come right in..I filled out my paperwork and in less than one hour my tooth was fixed..I have found my new family dentist and couldn't be happier
