Review content:
This is my second stay. The first time I was in ICU and nobody was sure if I was going to pull through. They provided excellent care then and helped learn to walk again. I knew this time around, Kindred was where I needed to go. The staff is wonderful. All my nurses and the assistants were Johnny on the spot. They took care of my needs and gave me my meds on time. I'm going to miss everyone. Its like a family here. I recommend this hospital to anyone. Mrs. Maria would come visit me at night. She would comfort me when I needed it. If I was experiencing pain she would stay with me and help me get through it. I hate to leave because I'm going to miss everyone so much. I recommend the third floor. Thats where I was and if I every had to come back thats where I would want to be. If you ask for something, you got it. I couldn't ask for better care. I especially enjoyed my time with nurses Sharon, Ky, Alfonso, Nicole, and the phenomenal nurse Donna. Donna and I had a special connection. She always took time with me and I felt like I was with my Mom. I lost my mother years ago, but I felt as comforted by her as I did with my own mother. The wound care nurses deserve some recognition too. They know what they are doing and they can make miracles happen with wounds! Even if I was walking down the hall and didn't know them, employees would smile and say hi or ask how I was doing. Even my case manager would check on me during the stay. Patient Relations did too. They would arrange games to keep patients engaged and it helped take my mind off of things. I won a prize which means a lot to me. I'll keep it always. They genuinely care about people here. Thank you all for everything! Your patient, Judy Lund
