We found Jay Sondhi, the Government Loan Specialist on the internet and he had good reviews. We were also drawn to the fact that he was known to be a specialist in the type of loan we were doing.
Jay turned out to be a great go-getter, and he managed to get the deal done with no issues. He is willing to put in the hard work for a long process and doesn't become less available. The overall process took about 7 months and he was engaged and responsive for the whole time so we are thankful we chose him.
