It was a very good experience. Jay Sondhi reached out to us to let us know the benefits of refinancing and was able to walk us through the process and tell us what the best steps were to reduce our payment with a lower interest rate.
He is really knowledgeable. We financed with him twice, and he would always be in touch to let us know when the interest rates were dropping to take advantage of the market.
