Jay was able to get us probably the lowest rates that we've seen. We had a couple other places we requested quotes from. It was pretty quick, but I rated it 4 out of 5 because I think it was the lender. Great rates, great service, and made it quick and easy. A pleasurable experience. Jay and his company were able to offer us the best rates. He does work very very hard to find you the lowest rate. That alone is worth asking and trying. I would definitely recommend them!
