My AC unit was making a funny noise, so I called Yes AC &Plumbing. The operator was polite and efficient. She said the technician would be at my house between 10 and noon, and he was - right on schedule. David C. Showed up with a smile and can do attitude. He listened to my explanation of the problem, listened to the unit and then went up into the attic. A few minutes later he emerged with the diagnosis. He explained what needed to be done and then went to get the parts. He came back as promised and proceeded to fix the funny noise. My AC is blowing cold and quiet. He suggested some additional services, provided me with a receipt and then said goodbye. Thanks David C.
