I have been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for over 25 years and all the technicians have been professionally trained. When Jimmy D. cleaned our heating furnace, he noticed a flame sensor that was beginning to wear out. There was no pressure to change it since it could last a few more years. If we should choose to wait at least we would be aware what module failed if the heat would shut off.
Since I joined their service where I pay for one yearly heating and one air conditioning service, I appreciate a call from their office asking to set up a service appointment.
