I came into Bob Hurley Ford with the hopes of getting rid of my old beater of a car that other dealerships had told me was only worth a couple hundred bucks for a trade in. But when I pulled into the lot Julius, or "Dr. J" was there to assist me. He was very patient and really paid attention to what I was looking for in a car. He let me test drive many different vehicles and he kept his eyes open for a Jeep Grand Cherokee which i had previously expressed that i want over anything else. I came in to see him multiple times and finally one day he called me telling me there was a perfect 2011 in the lot. I came and test drove it and loved it. He helped me out very much talking to his managers and getting me approved for financing even though i am just a college student, he got my car's trade in value up a lot higher than any other dealership, and got me a new windshield and set of tires for the jeep. Dr. J was extremely helpful and I am excited everyday to hop in my car and drive to work!!
