I live in Huntington Beach and recently found bees outside under my shed. In addition, my neighbor told me that he saw rats in my fig tree. I called Western Exterminator and Ricky Jasperson came over. He knew exactly what to do and treated the bees and placed rat traps outside near the fig tree. He also placed rat traps in the attic in case rats were up there (he saw signs of rats up there).
As a result of Rick's knowledge and work, I can no longer detect bees or rats. Great job, Rick!
