Review content:
Chris has been my technician for several years and I can't praise him enough. He always shows-up on time, greets me with a smile along with a good sense of humor. I had a problem with rats for several months and Chris was very forceful in trying to find a solution. Every time I found a dead rat, he would come out immediately to remove the rat and try to find the rats point of entry.
I don't want to lose Chris as a technician but I'm sure he's well deserving of a promotion.
Thanks for asking for my opinion, deeply appreciated.
I have definitely referred others to Western, based on Chris's excellent service.
