dear Sir/Madam,
It is with my great please to send you this review about Shane.
He was here in my house the past Monday and Wednesday, before and after replacing my counter top, to disconnect the water supply, etc. He was here both day in the time that he was scheduled and called before he got here. He worked quietly and efficiently. He explained to me what he was going to do and told me what I needed to finish his work. When all was done, he put away the material and cleaned all area.
It was great pleasure to have a person like Shane to associate with.
