I had a confirmed appoint sent to be by text and by email for august the 13th at 8:00. I understand its that bad time of summer but it said you had a 3 hour window. I waited till 3:00 and called. The girl said that my appointment wasn't till august 14th. I still have the text and the email and I went back to make sure I had the right dates and I did. She didn't know what happened there were not notes about the appointment being changed. Very disappointed. I couldn't wait around all day on the 14th, I already had plans so I had to reschedule on the 17th. I will let you know how that goes for sure
