I have never had to deal with a broken tv before (my cable box exploded and took out my tv....luckily the cable company had to pay for the damage). I didn't have a clue where to go in WA ,to get a tv repaired. There was no way I could lug my big boxy 27" Zenith to a repair shop so I tried calling several places to find out what it would cost to pick it up. Most places charged what it would cost to just scrap it and buy a new one. Kept searching online and found Teletron Service. Did some research on them and checked with the BBB to make sure they were trustworthy and licensed (they are). Joe was great, he came out and got my tv for a nominal fee and hauled it away. He called to let me know what the problem was and let me know how much it would cost to proceed. A few days later he delivered my tv good as new! I highly recommend Teletron Service, they made my situation as hassle free as possible! Thanks guys!!
