Seemed like the dealership was more interested in seeing whether I would pay them to rebuild my Lexus or trade in for a new one, as if those were the only 2 choices. Felt like unnecessary and exorbitant repairs were all I was hearing.
So, time to find a quality independent shop who knows what they are doing and doesn't worship profits. My first visit appears to have fulfilled that goal. The numerous positive reviews of Lextech appear to be justified. This may be the start of a beautiful friendship.
