My experience with Maaco was top notch. They quoted me a price and when I hesitated to drop it off right then and there they sweetend the deal with a free car rental and dropped the price $150. I wanted to ask the wife first at lunch and asked if it would still be a valid offer after lunch. They agreed and I dropped it off after confirming with the wife. The vehicle had several scratches and small dings on almost every part of the vehicle and they did a great job on repairing each one. The paint job looks great, the customer service was great, and over all satisfaction was high. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Allen was an outstanding customer service rep proactively calling me to let me know the vehicle would be an hour or two late and then calling back to change it to an earlier time. Highly recommend.
