I think the dealership should understand when a customer makes an appointment for service it's because they have other things they want to accomplish later in the day. I brought my car in at 10 am for what was suppose to be 2 hr service job. I found out that an item that was suppose to be done on my car the last time I brought it in was not done, so it was going to be a 3 hr job now. I ended up not getting my car back to me till 5:30 pm. I was able to get a ride home and I never received a phone call saying my car was not going to be ready at 4pm as expected. I returned to the dealership at 4pm and had to wait another 1 and a half before it was done. Not good customer service. I think someone from the dealership should have called me to let me know the car was going to take longer.
