I would like to recommend this gym to anyone looking for serious results. I have been a member for 2 years now and I constantly remain surprised as to how great the service is at this gym. Last month, one the fitness trainers stopped me at the counter to ask me if he could help me with my workouts. I sat down with Tomas for 20 minutes and completed a healthier food program of how I would start eating and how I could benefit from this. I asked him " How much would all this cost" and he told me nothing. He just loved to help people and he wanted to help me. I am down 7 lbs after 3 weeks and will continue to follow what he told me. The fitness trainers here know what they are talking about unlike the other corporate giants out there. Thanks for all your help Tomas.
