I joined the gym about a year ago and wasn't really great about coming in until I finally took one of the trainers up on thier offer of a free workout. I should have done it forever ago. Its so great! They literally plan out your routine for you. My biggest problem was that i never knew what I was doing in the gym but thanks to Maggie, i now have my own personal program to follow everytime that I come in and i have accountablity because Maggie checks up on me monthly. I am finally losing the weight that I joined to lose. I feel great!
