I must say that I totally disagree with the persons comments below. I have been a member for about a year and I participate in the Biggest Loser Contests and I know for a fact that these trainers here give excellent advice!!! There are people in this contest with just exercise and proper nutrition alone have lost 60 lbs in 90 days. You can not do that with poor advice!! We just had the CEO of Apex Nutirition come and speak at our last seminar and he was awesome!! He taught us about differenet techniques to use to help with losing, gaining, and maintaining. This gym has excellent equipment too. They have hammer strength free weights and all the Life Fitness equipment you could want. I take pride in everything that I do and being a member at Vision Quest has been an awesome experience and I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!
