Review content:
Miller showed up to our house for their (2nd) treatment and only put fertilizer in our shrubs and left without treating our lawn. We didn't even sign up for shrub service. When we read the bill on the pamphlet, they billed for a full lawn treatment. Upon reviewing our security cameras, the two gentlemen didn't even look our lawn over before treating it. First thing they did upon arriving was put the pamphlet on our door and then they spent 5 minutes throwing granular on our shrubs and left. We gave the company ample time and opportunity to resolve our issue as mistakes can happen. A manager was able to tell the techs were only at our house for roughly five minutes, agreed our lawn was not fertilized and said someone will be out the following day to fertilize our lawn. The next day, no show or no call. After 3 days without any communication, we called and there was no documentation of what previously transpired and thus we canceled our service with Miller. A week after cancellation, they decided to show up to fertilize. We called the office and they had our cancellation noted in the system and not a clue as to why a tech would have fertilized after our service was canceled.
You would think Miller would be doing everything they can do to keep a new account, but perhaps they don't have the manpower or the efficiency to take on new accounts. If you're a current customer, I would highly recommend checking your security cameras. Chances are, you are not getting the service you pay for! If you're thinking about signing up, think again! There's other companies out there who actually perform the services their customers pay for and do so while valuing you as a customer.
