Review content:
Tree removal business quote was given 3 weeks ago. No contract signed ever for work. I let them know that we did NOT go with them, but instead, a lower cost business. Two weeks later, without contract, without being scheduled for service and without ANY notification, their worker came on to my private property while I was not home. The tree that was originally quoted was already removed weeks ago, so they removed two small bushes and left a bill for the price of the 25+ foot tree that was gone to try to still charge me money. Rude and disrespectful president of company yelled at me even after he admitted that they were wrong. He even asked about how much I was damaged and then hung up on me. I have proof of call logs, quote without contract, proof of cancellation call, bill that doesn't match the quote and pictures of my damaged property. Now he refuses to to take my calls. Closed office phone lines and all. I left an emergency call with the overnight system that was not returned. I've been damaged and forced to report them to the police. President is aware that we are a disabled home.
