We needed to take our cat here immediately after seeing our normal vet, because they had equipment that might have helped him survive a sudden heart attack. We knew things were not good, but made the short trip anyway. We were seen immediately because he was in such acute pain, and they gave him the finest attention possible. Unfortunately, they confirmed that his situation was dire, but they treated him, and us, with the utmost compassion and sensitivity. Their magnetic card is on my fridge for the future. They made a horrible situation as bearable as possible, and we give them our heartfelt thanks.
