For the last few years, I have been taking all my pets to Adobe. They used to be fabulous, and many of the vets are still excellent. However, some of the front staff and some technicians leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and condescending. When a customer calls to complain about the treatment they have received from the staff, they are aggressive and insulting, and side completely with the employee. \r

My pet was diagnosed with cancer, and she had surgery and other procedures. I was extremely frustrated as I could not get anyone to speak to about the diagnosis, ask questions, or get information about the results of subsequent tests. How strange is it that I would want to ask questions about my pet's condition in these circumstaces? The vets and technicians at Adobe now return all calls within a narrow time window - between 6:00 and 7:00pm, which meant that I was playing "phone tag", and could not physically speak to anyone.
