Review content:
I have cats. Way back when, they really were great, but the last few years, not so much. I had an appointment on a week day, during the day. When I got there they said I didn't but they would get me in. I waited an hour. Then just before I went back they told me they had decided not to charge me the emergency price. What!? There reception person was the one who made the mistake! \r
\r
So we go back and they look over my poor cat. The Vet grabs a swab from her ears and leaves to do some test. Turns out it was test they did six months ago. It would have been almost impossible for an indoor-only cat to get ear mites in six months. They charged me 27 bucks for no reason. They forgot to clip her nails and the vet left without saying goodbye, or letting me ask questions. I sat for ten mins before a tech asked if I needed help getting out. I didn't know I was done! I went to pay then found out about what test it was and how much they charged me. My furballs deserve better!
