In the end, I'm still not certain that the issue of the standing water has been resolved, but had it not been for your plumbers identifying the small section of drain line that had shifted since installation, undoubtedly I would have had a major problem later on down the road. I simply cannot say enough good things about the plumbers and the crew that was here this morning to help. Those fellows are a ""class act"" and presented themselves as professionals. All repairs were completed within a few hours and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. I am extremely pleased with the prompt service (and prompt follow-up customer support) I have received from from your company beginning with the Customer Service Representative who took my call to the plumbers and the crew and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs the services you provide. Undoubtedly, you has exceeded my expectations and earned my future business. Thank you.
