Review content:
All service technicians have been on time, very personable and courteous and the prices have been reasonable.
However I do have one suggestion. It would be helpful if a customer is informed about the day when a delivery truck will arrive so the customer can be at home and turn off his furnace when the heating oil is being pumped into the fuel tank. This action is beneficial in case some sludge becomes riled up in the tank and is drawn along with the heating oil into the fuel line while the boiler is running. Several times over the 17 years as a customer I remember that the filter in the fuel line became very clogged and prevented the boiler from running, usually the day after a delivery, and I needed to call the Customer Service to fix the problem. I believe one of your delivery drivers told me that a running furnace during delivery could cause a clogged filter problem. It happened again this year after a delivery on February 14, 2015. So I thought it would be best to call your Customer Service and ask if I could be notified of the day when a delivery will be made so I could make sure to be home and turn the furnace off during a delivery. The representative said yes and put a notification into my account. So I believe I will not have this problem again. Would it be best to notify all customers?
