I brought my 2003 honda element in for a 4 wheel alignment and the tech. found a issue with the ball joints, and they called me to discuss the issue in detail ( including the total cost parts) before any work was performed. They have always communicated well with me when it comes to any work that is performed on any of my vehicles. Thank You.
