Review content:
We have used Clark Pest for many years now and we have always enjoyed good service, however the best service has been provided by Makoto Maderia. He is always personable and is willing to go above and beyond what is required of him. Lately, he informed me that I may have had rodents trying to enter my crawlspace via the vent system. I repaired the vent and I thank Makoto for letting me know. He also let me know that if rodents had gained entrance he would return to set traps.
I understand that this is his last month with your office and he will be moving to Southern California. I recommend that he be transferred to his new location as he is an asset to your company. We will miss you Makoto and we wish you well in your new adventure.
