Same experience as many others have had... I purchased a mower here about a year ago. I took it back for the annual service recently. They said it would be done in a week or less. After 1 1/2 weeks, I called and they hadn't started it. Said they would put it on the hot list and get it done. Three days later, still not started. Said it would be the next week. I told them to bring it back to me the next day whether it was done or not. They were magically able to work it in. Said it would be delivered between 8:30am and 9:30am. It arrived at 12:45pm. They charged me for 2 spark plugs. \r
The delivery guy left a bungee cord on the deck and when I engaged the blades, it got tangled in my belt and pulley. \r
I bought the VIP service from these clowns. Not sure what that got me! \r
I wrote them an email and ask them to explain if their service is always this bad. They didn't bother to reply. Figures, even their customer service has bad customer service.
