I went their last week been going for some months now getting my oil changed. I noticed every time I go the price goes up. The lady at the desk, I take it she's the owner wife. I asked her why so she says because my car uses 6qts of oil & they been using 5. So they have been putting not enough oil in my car. So the last two times the mechanic been getting in my car a 2015 Taurus leaving oil on my door. So I didn't trip & the owner went out & cleaned it up. Last week same mechanic this time left oil & whatever else all over my door, stirring wheel, my seats, & arm rest. Again this is a brand new 2015 Ford Taurus. So I tell the owner & he go & get the mechanic to clean it up because he says he need to clean it this time so he will learn not to keep doing that. This time he tries everything to clean up the stains, but now most of them won't come out. My interior looks terrible!!!! I wish I could post the pictures I took up their of my car. So it's 5 o'clock now they ready to get off so the owner tell me to one back tomorrow & they will finish cleaning it up & rotate my tires which they didn't do because they said I came too late in the day but they charged me for it anyway. So I say I'm gone be out of town a few days then the weekend, so I'll come back Monday. Monday comes & I go back up their & I introduced myself again to the owners wife the receptionist. I tell her I won't my tires rotated & the stains out my car, & I said I'm really concerned with the stains so please attend to that first. Only thing comes out her mouth was you don't have to catch an attitude & I'm like what attitude just because I said I want my interior tended to first? Really... The owner comes outside & tells me he been trying to get intouch with some guy that does interior but he's not answering his phone & haven't called him back. So when he get intouch with this guy he will call me. So I'm like ok, but how long that will take because this is a brand new car with no stains or stretches on it & this is unacceptable. So then I ask him why is he walking off & I'm trying see about my car & why is yall acting all funny & aggressive towards me & I wouldn't be here if your mechanic wouldn't have gotten in my car like that or yall had the proper equipment to put inside a car so oil & whatever else won't transfer inside someone's car. I brought my car up her interior clean & without stains over everything so why can't I get my car back like I brought it up here? So he's like, we'll I'll give you a call & I'm like this week right.. He said yeah okay. It's been a week now & I haven't heard nothing from them. So I'm gone go to the court house & sue them to fix my car. I'm not gone keep going up their running them down because I don't deserve that. I have pictures of my car & I took pictures of they mechanic trying to remove the stains out my car. Thank God for sell phones.. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody because they don't own up to they mistakes but sure do take your one to get paid!!!!! Sad we have to go to court, but they gone be held responsible...
