I was recommend to Brickyard Kennels because I had adopted a new dog. He is an adorable dog, but does have some issues. The beginning of his life wasn't good. He lived on a chain. He didn't have very good socialization skills with other dogs. My vet said Roxanne at Brickyard was excellent with dealing with this problem.\r

I don't have kids and I love this dog. There is no amount of money that I wouldn't spend on him. What a waste of time trying to reach a dog trainer at this place. I called numerous times and talked to the rude receptionist. Each time I explained my situation. She would say she would have Roxanne call me back. It never happened. If they don't want my money that's fine. I took my business and my money somewhere else.\r

I may be just one unhappy customer, but I know a lot of people with dogs. I tell everyone that asks about dog training my experience with Brickyard Kennels. They should realize that customer service is an important part of a successful business.
Pros: None I can think of.
Cons: They are rude to customers.
