Stay away from this company. Check ConsumerAffairs.com and ripoffreport.com, also Google reviews and yellowpages.com under Gulftech Engines & Transmissions. Company names changes are indication of bad business. Also check the BBB complaints as there are many and they were stripped of their BBB title due to bad business. Good companies do not get stripped of BBB titles they once had. The other excellent reviews do not mean company does good business. I am stuck with them now and am going to take them to court due to 2x their work has failed (Oct 2014, Aug 2015). They have BBB complaints and were stripped of the BBB title. They do not conduct business honestly and their work is shotty & do not honor their warranty. If you decide to use them, dont be fooled by a low quote as they are surely to up it significantly and visit the shop and take pictures. Update: Aug 2015 - engine still is using water in radiator. Company refused to give me an invoice for the work (back in Oct 2014) they did and it is because they did not do the work they said they did (remill the heads from the first time their work failed). \r \r BBB: http://www.bbb.org/houston/Business-Reviews/radiators-automotive/gulftech-engines-inc-in-houston-tx-77160/complaints
