I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy let alone a friend. After being told my oil change and tire rotation would be one and half to two hours it took three and half hours. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance so I would not have to wait around and they did not even begin working on my vehicle until 2 hours after I had been on site. Finally they told me they were really busy, however I had been waiting outside and watching the mechanics as they loafed around the lot. I was told my rear brakes had worn down, not my front brakes(odd) and that I could have them replaced for $249 if I wanted to wait another hour or so. I told them no and proceeded to check out only to find that they were running a brake special of $199 that they did not offer to me. This dealership has damaged my vehicle, had my vehicle repaired for the same item 8 times and still doesn't offer promotions to all customers. I like my car but I regret ever buying it from Steven's Creek Hyundai. The only thing I can say nice about this dealership is they are polite in the Service Department I just wish they were better at service.
