Just had a real good experience purchasing a gas furnace, started with the purchase, sales rep Jim Dale showed up with a service tech, "a big plus" the tech was able to do a thorough examination and recomendation of size and system best suited for my house. They didn't press one brand or another but was able to give me the best price over a couple of competitors on a brand I preferred and also confirmed it was a good choice. The installation by Damon and Josh was outstanding, converting an oil system over to gas required a lot of modification to duct work and pipe work and gas lines. They were able to due all the metal fab work right on-site with fully equipped service Van. Did an exellent job explaining systems features. Worked straight through for 8 hours in order to get the job done in one day.
