Review content:
I loved the way they cared for my kitten's medical needs, particularly the vets--they always explained what they did, treatment options, and costs completely. The medical staff's handling of my newly adopted stray kitten was impressive. She didn't bolt, scratch, or cry even once. And I was completely certain she was cared for and I understood her needs. \r \r However, the office staff's attitude toward me left a lot to be desired! I always left feeling put down, ill-treated, and uninformed by almost all the workers at the desk! And anytime I did not choose the most expensive option for my kitten (I am not poor, but not rich either.) I was made to feel that I didn't love my pet enough--that's just wrong! And they made my kitten uncomfortable, too, by *insisting* on poking at her through door of her carrier. It led to an generally poor experience, and regretfully I am likely finding a new vet in '08.
