My heat pump, which I have to admit has lacked good maintenance for a while now, was not only cooling poorly but began freezing up when attempting to satisfy. A friend recommended Appleton~Campbell. This morning, a young man showed up at my door, earlier than promised and 10 minutes after a call was received saying he'd be there within 15. He was so polite and professional I was comfortable with him before he got his little boots on to protect my carpet from soiled feet. He quickly assessed the unit and only gave priority to those services that were critical to the units operation and made recommendations for those services to benefit peak performance. Not even a hint of a hard sell or pressure toward additional repairs. My tech "Chris" was a GEM and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I now have a service agreement and look forward to doing business with these folks again :) I've already recommended them and will continue to do so... did I mention how cool it is in here?
