Myself and 12 others traveled the 2 hour drive to Rascals for a work Christmas party. What a dire disappointment. We bought a 2 hr bracelet which was supposed to be good for all attractions, but actually only worked for go-karts and ONE game of little bowling. So we decided to do go-karts the entire time, which was fun except the employees pick and choose who they want to be jerks to. So when I still had about 35 minutes left, I was told that I was done for the evening by Dustin Vanvleet, a very cocky and rude attendant. This young man had taken it upon himself earlier in the evening to butt into a friendly banter between me and a friend--we were picking on each other over who came in first, and Dustin thought it was his business to tell me that I had came in dead last, which I already knew but he insisted on arguing with me about it. \r I still had a lot of time on my bracelet so I demanded to speak to his manager, Rob Howell, who didn't listen to my side of the story & would only back his attendant. This guy was not too bright & very unprofessional but explained how he had became a manager when he told me he is the owner's son. I was told I wasn't allowed to go kart any more because I supposedly ""spun out"" one of my friends. According to Dustin Vanvleet I was warned but then did it again. This is nonsense. Even the girl that I supposedly spun out said it was her fault, she ran into the side and got turned and I was right behind her. But all of the rowdy young men in my party who were bumping and spinning people out all night were allowed to keep go karting. \r If you are planning to go here, don't waste your time or money. There isn't really anything to do and they don't value their customers. If the attendants don't like you then they can kick you off for any reason they want and management backs them up. We will not be going back here again. We went on a weeknight during Christmas break and they were still pretty much empty. DON""T GO TO RASCALS Pros: go karts are fun Cons: Not a lot to do, and If the attendants don't like you they can kick you off for any reason
