I thought that at the Law Offices of Michael A Richmond, Michael and his whole staff were very professional, honest and efficient. They did not sugarcoat anything and gave me the straight facts, which is what I like. They answered my questions and my calls in a timely fashion, usually at the time I called or at least within a six hour window. They were punctual, which is very important to me. They are thorough and put the best man from within their company, from each of the different departments, who can get the best outcome for their client.
