Review content:
brought my car in for CPO engine service. Took them over 3 weeks to finish it. the whole time the car was there they didnt bother to give an estimate for the extra parts I requested. Finally I was giving a total before pick up which I was shocked to hear the price. Any smart consumer could have found them online for way cheaper. $300 for something that could be purchased for $100.
After talking to the service manager, who is an absolute moron, we go into an argument. Words were exchanged and out of nowhere, one of his young thug employees came out of nowhere and assaulted me!!
On top of that, the service manager filed a false police report an accused me of pushing him. Mind you, I have my dominant arm in a sling post open surgery. do you know it is against the law to file a false police report...?
DO NOT GO TO IRVINE BMW!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, BEAT UP, OR NOT HAVE YOUR CAR LONGER THAN IT SHOULD BE,
