Review content:
The overall performance of the surgeon was acceptable, however the office staff was nothing short of incompetant. The surgeon was double-booked and they knew it, yet let me drive an hour and a half to get to their office, only to be told I had no appt. I was slightly upset but chalked it up to human error and went on to re-schedule. Upon arrival the second time, I was met by a locked door, because the staff had not yet arrived. When someone finally showed up, the surgery went as planned. A follow up appt. was scheduled for one week after the surgery. One day before this appt. I receive a phone call saying they had to change my appt. from 12:10pm to 9am. Less than 24 hours notice to get my work shift covered and get to their office one and a half hours from my house during rush hour. And for all of these continuing inconveniences they offered nothing except an empty "sorry". Very unprofessional, and unapologetic for their own incompetence.
