Review content:
I heard a tapping or knocking sound in the rear of my car. The owner rode with me and heard the noise and took it into his shop. Parts were ordered and I paid $71.30 for this visit. In a few days I was told repairs were made and the problem was fixed - I paid $594.71. As I drove home I heard the noise again. The next work day I returned to Schellers when the shop manager rode with me, heard the noise and returned to the garage. One - two hours later I was told I needed a new axle at a cost of $502. When I questioned why I had to pay the original cost as that obviously was not the problem I was given a very technical tech school explanation which I did not understand. I became upset and my wife and I took the car home where it sits in the garage. My wife cannot be left alone so I am paying additional costs for a caregiver as I pursue this thru the legal system.
