We had them come out today to locate the tank, cap and drain the tank. We hadnt lived here long so we left it to the "professionals" at a cost of $30/20 mins ( thats $90 an hour) . Guy comes out with a probe, pokes around for 7 minutes and declares the tank under our deck( which makes no sense) then offers to have a camera brought in for an additional $200 because he probed all of 4 times and it was unlocateable. He called his boss because he was unsure what the charge for complete failure was and they came to a number of $70 which he said could be worked out toward a trip back if the tank was located. Immediately after I left for the hardware store to get a rod and found the tank myself 15 feet to the left( not under the deck) and called them back to set a date and time for coming back out and to address the $70 toward the return trip. We were told we will not be able to put that toward the next bill by the boss. (Apparently the customers are responsible for paying for their employees failure)and the cost was to bring the truck out. We were also told it should have been $195 because he "took the big truck". Needless to say we will not be using them again.
