I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL TOP HAIR STYLISTS THROUGHOUT PHILADELPHIA AND MANY OTHER CITIIES. HOWEVER VILMA AT TOPPERS IN NEWTOWN IS SIMPLY THE BEST!! SHE IS SUCH A TALENTED AND CREATIVE GIRL WHO WORKS WITH SUCH AMBITION AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON WHEN YOU WALK OUT OF THE SALON. MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH HER WAS AN A+++. I HAD HIGHLIGHTS, LOWLIGHTS, GLAZE, A BEAUTIFUL HAIRCUT AND EVEN BETTER STYLE DONE. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER! I HAD TO ATTEND A CHARITY EVENT LATER THAT EVENING AND EVERYONE WAS AMAZED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILMA TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HIGH END, TALENTED, CREATIVE, MODERN HAIRSTYLIST!! SHE ALSO GIVES THE BEST ADVICES IF YOU'RE NOT QUITE SURE WHAT IT IS THAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR HAIR. GO VISIT HER!! YOU WILL BE HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH HER WONDERFUL WORK!
