I find that the noise from the music in the showroom along with the TV, makes the area very uncomfortable. I contacted Rick Case once and suggested he go to Park Hyundai in Gainesville FL. The waiting area is peaceful, and enclosed. they serve hot cookies freshly made, and there is a TV feed where you can see your car being serviced. Ernest is very nice. I think that the waiting area needs to be enclosed as I have seen at other dealerships. Am I the only one to complain? Do you ever answer? I have written about this before. When I need a new car, I may go elsewhere like back to Coconut Creek Hyundai.
